How It Works

Submit a Referral – Send us the name and contact details of a healthcare professional through our online form, email, or directly to an EmpowerCare recruiter.

Your Referral Must Be New – The candidate cannot already be in our database or have worked with us in the past 12 months.

They Must Start Within 120 Days – Your referral has 120 days from the application date to start working with us.

They Must Complete 120 Hours – To qualify, your referral needs to complete 120 billed hours within one year of their start date.

Get Paid! – Once they reach 120 hours, you’ll receive your bonus automatically in the next pay cycle.


How Much Can You Earn?

Earn rewards for every successful referral, with bonuses based on the type of role:

Residential Counselors & Home Health Aide (Per Diem) – $100
All Other Per Diem Roles – $250
Any Contract Position Referral – $500
Specialty Nurse & Healthcare Roles – $750
