April 29th, 2024 was a monumental day for MSG Staffing, as we transitioned into EmpowerCare Healthcare. This evolution signifies and exciting leap forward for us, signaling a new era of innovation and healthcare excellence.

Our transformation extends beyond a new look and a name change. The rebrand redefines our vision, mission, and purpose. Centering us on a focused path towards our overall goal, providing exceptional care and giving back to our communities.

But what exactly prompted this transition, and what changes can you anticipate?

For nearly 2 decades, MSG Staffing has been a cornerstone of healthcare staffing in Central Massachusetts. What started as one nurse’s mission to provide per diem jobs and flexible work for fellow nurses quickly grew into much more. From non-clinical roles to per diem RN jobs, we’ve helped thousands of healthcare professionals to find a suitable placement for them.

During this time, we’ve been able to see the positive effects we can have on our community. By offering contract work, per diem jobs and temporary opportunities, we’re able to provide more flexibility for our staff. With more flexibility, they can have a greater work life balance, avoid burnout and provide higher quality care.

Likewise, we have seen our community of healthcare workers develop over the past 19 years. This has inspired us to transcend the traditional healthcare staffing agency model. We aim to build a community and focus on what sets us apart – our dedication to exceptional care.

We will remain the same hard-working team dedicated to connecting high quality healthcare staff with top healthcare institutions. But now, we are introducing our five new pillars of community, built to guide us in everything we do:
